Donald Trump could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Walmir Catarinense made a huge save. 24 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Los Andes's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Aires came free, but Dochko Rodev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense got control of the ball when Donald Trump tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rene Aires to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Loreto in the 93rd minute of play forced Loco De Remate's goalkeeper Walmir Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
