The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Wilfredo Nikola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ermegildo Matxin. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Nikola in the 6th minute of play. Wilfredo Nikola's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Ermegildo Matxin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 8th play minutes Wilfredo Nikola shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Ermegildo Matxin and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 11th minute Virgilio Ariando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petras Anusauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ermegildo Matxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Nikola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th match minute, BAC Belgrano de Cba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Inko to maneuver through the defense. Wilfredo Nikola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Ermegildo Matxin made a huge save. In the 21stth minute of the game Virgilio Ariando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Petras Anusauskas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ermegildo Matxin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Nikola's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. If Venancio Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Petras Anusauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Santos in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Ermegildo Matxin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Negro. With a little luck, BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin got control of the ball when Wilfredo Nikola tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, BAC Belgrano de Cba's Venancio Santos got a free kick in the 35th minute. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save BAC Belgrano de Cba from getting a goal against them. Virgilio Ariando scored 3-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petras Anusauskas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ermegildo Matxin made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Wilfredo Nikola sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfredo Nikola to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Aureliano Negro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermegildo Matxin was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. 55 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Negro came free, but Ermegildo Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfredo Nikola in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermegildo Matxin saved BAC Belgrano de Cba from getting behind. Justo Dalmai made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Teofilo Oxarra however managed to control. Ermegildo Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Nikola, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Ermegildo Matxin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Nikola's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Ermegildo Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Nikola in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th minute Wilfredo Nikola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Negro in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermegildo Matxin saved BAC Belgrano de Cba from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Negro in the 73rd minute of play forced BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Ermegildo Matxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Nikola came free, but Ermegildo Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 minutes of play, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Aureliano Negro made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Matxin was left in no man's land by his defense there! BAC Belgrano de Cba made a substitution. Eleuterio Sandaili replaced Ladislao Inko. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Erasmo Jago was substituted for Wilfredo Nikola. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Godfredo Nuñez was substituted for Aureliano Negro. Ermegildo Matxin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godfredo Nuñez went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in BAC Belgrano de Cba's zone, Godfredo Nuñez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Matxin came out of the goal and Godfredo Nuñez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Godfredo Nuñez in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalie prevented a goal.
