In the 5th minute Julien Staffelbach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Cumhur Gök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Cumhur Gök made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albin Nilsson in the 12th minute. Jimmy Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seb Hedges in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute DENVER™ were awarded a corner. Mugur Nițisor went to the cornerflag to take it. Fabrício Castanheira tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Jimmy Olsson. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 17th minute. The supporters of DENVER™ booed when Linköpings AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Blomqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Seb Hedges in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jimmy Olsson saved Linköpings AIK from getting behind. Mustafa Cumhur Gök showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvid Carlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Jimmy Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seb Hedges in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Donato in the 31st minute of play forced Linköpings AIK's goalkeeper Jimmy Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julien Staffelbach could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Mustafa Cumhur Gök made a huge save. 42 minutes into the game, Julien Staffelbach cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mustafa Cumhur Gök was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 47 minutes into the game, Stefan Blomqvist threw the ball into play from the sideline. DENVER™'s Luukas Van de Put quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Linköpings AIK's Stefan Blomqvist got a free kick in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Seb Hedges made a kick off. In the 54th minute DENVER™ were awarded a corner. Mugur Nițisor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Cosme Zaccardi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Linköpings AIK's Jimmy Olsson did a great save. Jimmy Olsson came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by DENVER™'s Cosme Zaccardi. But to his dismay, Cosme Zaccardi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Linköpings AIK's goalkeeper Jimmy Olsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Seb Hedges got free with Jimmy Olsson in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes into the match, DENVER™'s goal looked a bit too open when Arvid Carlsson came free, but Mustafa Cumhur Gök reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arvid Carlsson during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of DENVER™ booed when Linköpings AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvid Carlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimmy Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seb Hedges, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67th match minute, Linköpings AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tavo Tomat to maneuver through the defense. Tavo Tomat kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Mugur Nițisor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arvid Carlsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Cumhur Gök read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. DENVER™'s Mustafa Cumhur Gök played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Staffelbach in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albin Nilsson in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mustafa Cumhur Gök saved DENVER™ from getting behind. DENVER™'s Mustafa Cumhur Gök played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Gunnarsson in the 79th minute of play. Seb Hedges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 minutes, Albin Nilsson made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. DENVER™'s Mustafa Cumhur Gök tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seb Hedges in the 94th minute of play forced Linköpings AIK's goalkeeper Jimmy Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Albin Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Cumhur Gök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
