Seb Hedges started the match with the kick off. Seb Hedges's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tales Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robben Spoelberchs in the 9th minute of play forced DENVER™'s goalkeeper Mustafa Cumhur Gök to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Seb Hedges in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tales Brito saved Castanheiro SC from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Tales Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Seb Hedges. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Castanheiro SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mugur Nițisor was slow to take the kick. During this time DENVER™'s players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, Castanheiro SC's Tales Brito got control of the ball when Seb Hedges tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tales Brito was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Seb Hedges showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. A throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game was made by Osvaldo Velloso with Elói Maranhense as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. DENVER™'s Mustafa Cumhur Gök played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robben Spoelberchs in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Castanheiro SC defense, Seb Hedges kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tales Brito. The Castanheiro SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tales Brito should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute Alfredo Stefano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Cumhur Gök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Robben Spoelberchs made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seb Hedges in the 51st minute of play forced Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Tales Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Castanheiro SC's 陶渊伟 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mustafa Cumhur Gök. That made the score 2-1 after 53 minutes of play. Mustafa Cumhur Gök showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jânio Sanches in the 59th minute of the match. If Seb Hedges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Rodolfo Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Castanheiro SC's zone, Dráusio Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tales Brito came out of the goal and Dráusio Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Gavruță in the 90th minute of play forced Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Tales Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Remus Gavruță managed to get in a good position for a shot. DENVER™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Remus Gavruță was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tales Brito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. DENVER™ had won after a very even match.
