The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yalapa were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Balus Treter's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diego Armando Junior took the corner. In the 14thth minute of the game Gottlieb Hammer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yalapa's Basri İhtiyar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 15 minutes, Milenko Ermentraut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balus Treter and the Yalapa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Milenko Ermentraut kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Gottlieb Hammer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basri İhtiyar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gottlieb Hammer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yalapa's Basri İhtiyar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gottlieb Hammer in the 32nd minute of play. Gottlieb Hammer took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basri İhtiyar. Basri İhtiyar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Gottlieb Hammer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Gottlieb Hammer made a precise shot to the right of Basri İhtiyar. Yalapa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Yalapa's zone, Gottlieb Hammer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basri İhtiyar came out of the goal and Gottlieb Hammer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fermin Dolfo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yalapa made a substitution. Atilano Dino replaced Olaf Gall. A sloppy throw-in by Ntinos Karsiotis in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Yalapa's Frank Law. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Atilla Bumin Hirfanlı put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Karsten Zielinski. Karsten Zielinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilla Bumin Hirfanlı, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Yalapa's Atilla Bumin Hirfanlı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karsten Zielinski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Yalapa's goalkeeper Basri İhtiyar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gottlieb Hammer. In the 90th minute Atilano Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Zielinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukas Prielhofer hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Balus Treter players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
