The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Team Rocco getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Thomas Runeberg hit a great ball. A nice corner shot did that Viggo Mellbad got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Avram Nițoi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dan Eftimiu struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Christer Kullander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE CRYSTAL SHIP. In the 25th minute Jonas Kalfhage shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avram Nițoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Team Rocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Martinsson to maneuver through the defense. Team Rocco's Christer Kullander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Agudaru in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Dan Eftimiu got a free kick in the 29th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Avram Nițoi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Costel Teodor's late challenge caught a Team Rocco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Costel Teodor helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes THE CRYSTAL SHIP got a freekick which was hit by Costel Teodor.
