Team Rocco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ORION F.C. the free kick. After 2 played minutes Team Rocco got a freekick which was hit by Viggo Mellbad. In the 7th minute, ORION F.C.'s Felipe Arauz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Christer Kullander. Christer Kullander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 13th minute Felipe Arauz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Kullander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fernando Gomez came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the ORION F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Gomez couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute Jan-Olof Hedling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carman Jobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carman Jobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Olof Hedling, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. A collision led to ORION F.C. getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Hermes Tello hit a great ball. Carman Jobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viggo Mellbad in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Alejandro Cedeño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Kalfhage in the 28th minute of play forced ORION F.C.'s goalkeeper Carman Jobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carman Jobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Olof Hedling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes ORION F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Gomez. ORION F.C.'s Carman Jobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Kalfhage in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute Viggo Mellbad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carman Jobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to ORION F.C. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Cesar Ríos hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of ORION F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Team Rocco:s goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Carman Jobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viggo Mellbad went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Carman Jobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Billberg in the 59th minute of the match. Team Rocco's Fredrik Bjurström got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Jonas Kalfhage ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carman Jobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. When the match was over Team Rocco could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ORION F.C. throughout the match.
