In the 23rd minute, Viggo Mellbad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Team Rocco's Christer Kullander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halldor Sönksen in the 25th minute of play. Tim Wiese made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Jonas Kalfhage sent off a good shot on target. SV Bad Harzburg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Team Rocco the free kick. A collision led to SV Bad Harzburg getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. John Rambo hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the game, Robin Martinsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tim Wiese. Robin Martinsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 45 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Tim Wiese had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Kalfhage. John Rambo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jan-Olof Hedling made the kick off in the second half. Tim Wiese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Bjurström, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Jan-Olof Hedling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Team Rocco's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Olof Hedling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tim Wiese breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 55 minutes into the match, Jonas Kalfhage notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese. Tim Wiese was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to SV Bad Harzburg getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when SV Bad Harzburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halldor Sönksen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tim Wiese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Olof Hedling, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute.
