When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Omar Montes took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Baykan Urangu to make any attempt to save it. Yassine Bounou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İlyas Tolga Nedret's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 14th match minute, Yala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Gau to maneuver through the defense. Yala's Yassine Bounou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deniz Saik in the 16th minute of play. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's goalkeeper Baykan Urangu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 28 minutes into the game, Yala's Teo Gau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baykan Urangu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, Omar Montes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Baykan Urangu, 3-0. Marcelo Etxatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baykan Urangu having to interfere. Baykan Urangu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niki Bundev in the 37th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's goalkeeper Baykan Urangu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Montes. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Deniz Saik was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's goalkeeper Baykan Urangu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omar Montes in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baykan Urangu saved F.C BEŞİKTAŞ from getting behind. Baykan Urangu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Gau in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Zeledon Oro made a precise shot to the right of Baykan Urangu. F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0.
