Kernsdorf SSA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 72 minutes into the game, one of REAL RIO CRVG:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kernsdorf SSA made a substitution. Szczepan Matuch replaced Ludomil Ziomkowski. José Pedro Simão's late challenge caught a Kernsdorf SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Pedro Simão helped the player get up and apologised.
