ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Cumali Oykan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Toscano in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Caetano Toscano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barcellos Mineiro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ the free kick. A collision led to Barcellos Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Caetano Toscano hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Cabezon in the 16th minute of play forced ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's goalkeeper Cumali Oykan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barcellos Mineiro FC were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Waka Barcellos took the corner. Amadeu Capixaba was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Semi Buyrukalp during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th match minute, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Semi Buyrukalp to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Barcellos Mineiro FC's zone, Tuna Usun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir Peres came out of the goal and Tuna Usun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rick Cabezon in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cumali Oykan saved ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Eriberto Vidal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barcellos Mineiro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 41st minute, Caetano Toscano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cumali Oykan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Sandy Fumarola hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Özgür Göktürk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Ozan Durcan kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Waka Barcellos's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Cumali Oykan on his right side and into the goal. 62 minutes into the game it was 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandy Fumarola during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ booed when Barcellos Mineiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandy Fumarola didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Özgür Göktürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Giuseppe Camargo fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barcellos Mineiro FC's protests and gave Giuseppe Camargo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Giuseppe Camargo got a free kick in the 85th minute. Caetano Toscano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Cumali Oykan made a huge save. After 90 minutes of play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Rick Cabezon made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cumali Oykan was left in no man's land by his defense there! ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's attentive Zülfikar Özkurt managed to snatch the ball when Sandy Fumarola made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. Mustafa Namık Ihlamur's late challenge caught a Barcellos Mineiro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Namık Ihlamur helped the player get up and apologised. After 95 played minutes ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Namık Ihlamur. 96 minutes into the game, Rick Cabezon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cumali Oykan. Rick Cabezon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Barcellos Mineiro FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
