Luiz Eger made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Leonel Ronaldo sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Leonel Ronaldo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luiz Eger. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. The supporters of KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A booed when Montesclarense E.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erivaldo Coelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Nicola Zalewski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Montesclarense E.C.. In the 20thth minute of the game Kauan Guerra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Xuacu Xuan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xuacu Xuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilson Sá in the 22nd minute of play. Baltazar Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xuacu Xuan having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Kauan Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montesclarense E.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Kauan Guerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xuacu Xuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kauan Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xuacu Xuan having to interfere. After a rather tough play, KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Lucjan Parzysz got a free kick in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Eger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonel Ronaldo. Leonel Ronaldo took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Eger. Luiz Eger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Baltazar Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonel Ronaldo made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Kauan Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montesclarense E.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Kauan Guerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute, Leonel Ronaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Eger was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonel Ronaldo in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Eger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Leonel Ronaldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Eger was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Jurand Zabrzeski hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Leonel Ronaldo sped through Montesclarense E.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luiz Eger. A collision led to KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Claudio Sozzi hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes Montesclarense E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar Dantas. Xuacu Xuan made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Sidney Schmidt sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the match, Leonel Ronaldo notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Eger. Luiz Eger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A getting a freekick after 83 minutes play.
