Rafael Martino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cameron Bliss in the 7th minute. Rafael Martino didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 13th match minute, Club Sportivo Italiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan Custódio to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Martino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Club Sportivo Italiano's Rafael Martino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Club Sportivo Italiano from getting a goal against them. Lyle Macias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Martino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After 19 minutes Club Sportivo Italiano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lyle Macias who took care of the corner kick. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Lyle Macias was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rafael Martino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lyle Macias in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafael Martino saved Club Sportivo Italiano from getting behind. Rafael Martino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lyle Macias showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Cameron Bliss got a free kick in the 27th minute. Rafael Martino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lyle Macias, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Mario Farris hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 37 played minutes Club Sportivo Italiano got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Oxel. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Sportivo Italiano's goalkeeper Rafael Martino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafael Martino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lyle Macias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lyle Macias struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Rafael Martino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Miami Futbol Club. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Jackson Shipley was substituted for Cameron Bliss. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justo Romo was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Racing Miami Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Mario Farris. When Lyle Macias came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Racing Miami Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lyle Macias couldn't finish the play. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Genaro Cassidy was substituted for Lyle Macias. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Denny Godwin was substituted for Willie Vogt. Genaro Cassidy scored 4-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Martino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th match minute, Club Sportivo Italiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Oxel to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Jackson Shipley made a precise shot to the right of Rafael Martino. Club Sportivo Italiano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Rafael Martino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Genaro Cassidy went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Shen Yi Zhen hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Racing Miami Futbol Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Sportivo Italiano had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
