Scorpions -MM-'s Vasile Onitiu was substituted for Alexandru Zăvoiu. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dan Tinu to make the kick off. The Scorpions -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iurie Cocoș should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasile Onitiu got free with Ove Trillkott in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Fabian Mihuț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt-Åke Clementsson hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s Cornel Giuverdea broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Scorpions -MM- played a much better game than Ronnys Lärjungar and deserved their victory. The Ronnys Lärjungar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
