After 2 played minutes NECKER49 got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Modestio. Eriberto Pincheira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Keylor Navas. NECKER49's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, NECKER49's Nicanor Vidal got a free kick in the 4th minute. Patricio Mayol was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Haroldo Totakoxe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Pincheira in the 13th minute of play forced NECKER49's goalkeeper Keylor Navas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Fertus came free, but Patricio Mayol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Mayol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Totakoxe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keylor Navas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florín Sances in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Nicanor Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Mayol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute Wilfredo Ebardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Mayol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Florín Sances could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Keylor Navas made a huge save. Patricio Mayol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Totakoxe in the 65th minute of play. NECKER49's Remigio Astudillo was substituted for Nicanor Vidal. NECKER49's Franco Muñoz was substituted for Wilfredo Ebardo. NECKER49's Filiberto Garikoitz was substituted for Haroldo Totakoxe. In the 71st minute, Florín Sances hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the game, Filiberto Garikoitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Patricio Mayol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Patricio Mayol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Claude, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 80 minutes, Salvador Roldán made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. NECKER49's Keylor Navas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cobresal's Patricio Mayol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Astudillo in the 88th minute of play. Patricio Mayol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franco Muñoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Remigio Astudillo took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patricio Mayol. Patricio Mayol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Patricio Mayol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Remigio Astudillo notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Cobresal's Patricio Mayol. Patricio Mayol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cobresal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for NECKER49.
