Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wilfredo Ebardo kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute of the match Eriberto Pincheira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keylor Navas skillfully saved the ball. After 6 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Alifonso Elorreaga. With a little luck, NECKER49's Keylor Navas got control of the ball when Eriberto Pincheira tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Wilfredo Ebardo came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the NECKER49 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Ebardo couldn't finish the play. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Roldán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Geronimo Modestio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NECKER49's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cobresal the free kick. Geronimo Modestio hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florín Sances, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keylor Navas made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Florín Sances sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute, Florín Sances hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Haroldo Totakoxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Mayol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfredo Ebardo in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patricio Mayol saved Cobresal from getting behind. Gregorio Claude, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Vidal in the 45th minute of play forced Cobresal's goalkeeper Patricio Mayol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 48 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Celino Alico. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florín Sances stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Cobresal's Eriberto Pincheira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keylor Navas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Zelipe Recabarren hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Gregorio Claude got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Haroldo Totakoxe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patricio Mayol was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Cobresal's Patricio Mayol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Cobresal from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Modestio in the 72nd minute of play forced Cobresal's goalkeeper Patricio Mayol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of NECKER49 booed when Cobresal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zelipe Recabarren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 minutes of play, NECKER49's Franco Muñoz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patricio Mayol was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filiberto Garikoitz hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. A collision led to NECKER49 getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Paulo Ospin hit a great ball. Franco Muñoz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Patricio Mayol 87 minutes into the match. After 92 minutes, Filiberto Garikoitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NECKER49 and the Cobresal players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filiberto Garikoitz hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 96 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Escandón. In the 97th minute, NECKER49's Franco Muñoz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. NECKER49 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
