A hard shot 6 in the game by Augustin Nechifor from a close distance when the talented Leszek Pruss managed to make a qualified save. Goral Zywiec's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Roşu in the 9th minute of play forced Goral Zywiec's goalkeeper Leszek Pruss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Steaua Pildesti getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Valer Cobâlcescu hit a great ball. When Miroslaw Logewnik came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Goral Zywiec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miroslaw Logewnik couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the match, Sebastian Bentkowski notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Steaua Pildesti's Octavian Bogdănescu. Octavian Bogdănescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincenty Kaszubowski in the 16th minute of play forced FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper Octavian Bogdănescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augustin Nechifor's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Leszek Pruss skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sebastian Bentkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augustin Nechifor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Leszek Pruss made a huge save. In the 31st minute, Ulryk Piatek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes of play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Costin Iorgu made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leszek Pruss was left in no man's land by his defense there! Octavian Bogdănescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Bentkowski's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute Miroslaw Logewnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Bogdănescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes of play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Augustin Nechifor made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leszek Pruss was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Goral Zywiec defense, Costin Iorgu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leszek Pruss. The Goral Zywiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leszek Pruss should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miroslaw Logewnik was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, FC Steaua Pildesti's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Bentkowski came free, but Octavian Bogdănescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Nichifor Vergulescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th match minute, FC Steaua Pildesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Vlăsiu to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute of the match Julian Adamus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavian Bogdănescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Sebastian Bentkowski took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Octavian Bogdănescu to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Bentkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Octavian Bogdănescu was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Leszek Pruss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costin Iorgu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octavian Bogdănescu came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Goral Zywiec's Sebastian Bentkowski. But to his dismay, Sebastian Bentkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Sebastian Bentkowski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Octavian Bogdănescu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Octavian Bogdănescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslaw Logewnik in the 79th minute of the match. Gheorghe Vlăsiu struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Leszek Pruss didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Steaua Pildesti. In the 83rd minute, Răzvan Petrescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Bentkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavian Bogdănescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Costin Iorgu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Leszek Pruss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Nichifor Vergulescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Steaua Pildesti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Sebastian Pyrtek's late challenge caught a FC Steaua Pildesti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Pyrtek helped the player get up and apologised. 96 minutes into the match, FC Steaua Pildesti's Valer Cobâlcescu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. FC Steaua Pildesti's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
