The tension between the Cachiyuyo EAS and the AEK FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cachiyuyo EAS getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Placido Haimar got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute of the match, Radowit Hetman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arnulfo Nataniel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some careless play in the Cachiyuyo EAS defense, Radowit Hetman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnulfo Nataniel. The Cachiyuyo EAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnulfo Nataniel should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Arnulfo Nataniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Stordal in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Cachiyuyo EAS getting a freekick after 54 minutes play.
