After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Polly Magoo Juniors made a substitution. Cem Adrian replaced Jimmie Vallengren. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Coronel Durango stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pål Bratt during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Polly Magoo Juniors's Pål Bratt got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Alexander Olofsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Olofsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Themistoklis Saveris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Themistoklis Saveris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexander Olofsson went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 87 minutes of play, Ciruel Academy's Coronel Durango made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gigio Buffon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Glenn Sommers's late challenge caught a Polly Magoo Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Glenn Sommers helped the player get up and apologised. Glenn Sommers kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Jan-Erik Tunberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Themistoklis Saveris having to interfere. After 95 minutes, Toma Ron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciruel Academy and the Polly Magoo Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Ciruel Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toma Ron to maneuver through the defense. Polly Magoo Juniors's Hjálmar Jónsson shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 96th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Themistoklis Saveris but with some difficulty. Polly Magoo Juniors were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
