Coronel Durango started the match with the kick off. Iker Boruc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Themistoklis Saveris read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zuberbuhler Gordo got free with Matias Čech in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciruel Academy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mircea Balint in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute Coronel Durango shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ciruel Academy's goalkeeper Themistoklis Saveris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Matias Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Brzeszczak in the 18th minute of play. Giuliano Basso hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Mircea Balint managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciruel Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Mircea Balint was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Čech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Themistoklis Saveris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Boruc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Coronel Durango in the 25th minute of play forced ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goalkeeper Matias Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Piotr Osikowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Themistoklis Saveris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iker Boruc's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute Coronel Durango shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 37th minute of the game was made by Toma Ron with José Luis Torrente as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Anaking Skywalker fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s protests and gave Anaking Skywalker a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute, Anaking Skywalker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute Iker Boruc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Themistoklis Saveris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Matias Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Crispin Klander in the 46th minute of play. Jaba Li blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matias Čech having to make a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iker Boruc to make the kick off. Themistoklis Saveris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Boruc, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Themistoklis Saveris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Boruc in the 58th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piotr Osikowicz got free with Themistoklis Saveris in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Piotr Osikowicz put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Themistoklis Saveris. Piotr Osikowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Themistoklis Saveris made a huge save. Iker Boruc might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Themistoklis Saveris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iker Boruc ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Coronel Durango in the 71st minute of play forced ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goalkeeper Matias Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Čech didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ciruel Academy's Crispin Klander shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Themistoklis Saveris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Osikowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 84 minutes into the game, Piotr Osikowicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Themistoklis Saveris was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 91 minutes into the match, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Coronel Durango came free, but Matias Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matias Čech came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ciruel Academy's Coronel Durango. But to his dismay, Coronel Durango quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ciruel Academy had won after a very even match.
