Gerasimos Patsionidis started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, RO Army V55 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trifon Tsirikas to maneuver through the defense. RO Army V55's Vassilis Stergioudas suffered a concussion in the 3rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. RO Army V55's Marios Kaparelis was substituted for Vassilis Stergioudas. A collision led to Verissimo KFCH F.C. getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Wilian Matorin hit a great ball. Joaquim Freitas hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sokratis Symeonakis in the 8th minute of play forced Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s goalkeeper Matias Haimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Manuel Bezerra in the 13th minute. Marios Kaparelis tried in the game's 13th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Thodoris Tabakis. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. Gerson Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Matias Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fanis Kapernekas in the 21st minute of the match. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Manuel Bezerra got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matias Haimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fanis Kapernekas, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 26 minutes, Faustão Chaves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Verissimo KFCH F.C. and the RO Army V55 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes RO Army V55 got a freekick which was hit by Sokratis Symeonakis. The supporters of RO Army V55 booed when Verissimo KFCH F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliézer Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Sokratis Symeonakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Bezerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Thodoris Tabakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thodoris Tabakis made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Manuel Bezerra sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Bezerra was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, RO Army V55 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Stratakoglou to maneuver through the defense. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Manuel Bezerra got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd match minute, Verissimo KFCH F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Freitas to maneuver through the defense. Fanis Kapernekas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Matias Haimar made a huge save. RO Army V55's Thodoris Tabakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Bezerra in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fanis Kapernekas got free with Matias Haimar in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the game, Giuseppe Pires was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RO Army V55 the free kick. Verissimo KFCH F.C. made a substitution. Renato de Queirós replaced Wilian Matorin. After 75 played minutes Verissimo KFCH F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Giuseppe Pires. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Matias Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sokratis Symeonakis in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Verissimo KFCH F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliézer Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Mello kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Joaquim Freitas got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 89th minute, Manuel Bezerra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thodoris Tabakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The corner ended in Daniel Prodan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Matias Haimar did a great save.
