Nechifor Oargă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimír Adam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 7 minutes, Vladimír Adam made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Nechifor Oargă tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Martin Sadil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Nechifor Oargă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nechifor Oargă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimír Adam in the 11th minute of play. Gavril Niculiță charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gavril Niculiță the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Gavril Niculiță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vladimír Adam in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nechifor Oargă saved FC UNIREA Alba Iulia from getting behind. Nechifor Oargă came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Chorchoj's Vladimír Adam. But to his dismay, Vladimír Adam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of FC UNIREA Alba Iulia booed when FC Chorchoj was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milan Burián didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Chorchoj's Radko Mikulenka got a free kick in the 31st minute. After recieving a nice pass, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Valer Maleș tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Nechifor Oargă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimír Adam in the 34th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Marek Fiřt put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Nechifor Oargă. FC Chorchoj's Jaroslav Mlejnek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigi Câmpeanu in the 42nd minute of play. Vladimír Adam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Nechifor Oargă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 minutes, Vladimír Adam made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Nechifor Oargă tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half FC Chorchoj were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Gigi Câmpeanu made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Costică Ungureanu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Nechifor Oargă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herbert Konečný. Vladimír Adam's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Nechifor Oargă skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gavril Niculiță got his second yellow card in the match during the 55th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to FC UNIREA Alba Iulia getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gavril Niculiță hit a great ball. The corner ended in Herbert Konečný almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Nechifor Oargă did a great save. After a defensive mix-up in FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's zone, Jiří Provazník stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nechifor Oargă came out of the goal and Jiří Provazník tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nechifor Oargă made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimír Adam in the 65th minute. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Nechifor Oargă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimír Adam in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of FC UNIREA Alba Iulia booed when FC Chorchoj was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimír Adam didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Vladimír Adam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Chorchoj's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimír Adam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Vladimír Adam managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Chorchoj's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimír Adam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nechifor Oargă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 79 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Sadil came free, but Nechifor Oargă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nechifor Oargă stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vladimír Adam's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. FC Chorchoj's Radko Mikulenka got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vladimír Adam could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Nechifor Oargă made a huge save. 88 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Nechifor Oargă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladimír Adam. Jiří Provazník received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Nechifor Oargă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nechifor Oargă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimír Adam in the 90th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded FC Chorchoj left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC UNIREA Alba Iulia.
