In the 33rd minute of the match Shuspendemo got a corner. bullfinches's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angelino Baleren ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ruperto Arano was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to bullfinches getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Rolando Tearle hit a great ball. In the 37th minute Shuspendemo were awarded a corner. Angelino Baleren went to the cornerflag to take it. With 41 minutes on the clock, Isaac Orain commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Gogo Maurin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liviu Zubaşcu in the 42nd minute of play. bullfinches's Aimilios Manolas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Arano in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Shuspendemo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelino Baleren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicolas Cheche might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aimilios Manolas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolas Cheche ran back to his position shaking his head. Shuspendemo's Gogo Maurin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Zubaşcu in the 67th minute of play. Aimilios Manolas made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Silverio Cebrian sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolas Cheche in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aimilios Manolas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicolas Cheche succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 74th playminute. bullfinches succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Shuspendemo had controlled the match.
