Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Froilan Bizi in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Modesto Farto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Made in Paraguay's attentive Jacob Sagasti managed to snatch the ball when Timoteo Orkatz made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. Iztal Autran hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Locaio Jerez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Made in Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Locaio Jerez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Montay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Locaio Jerez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Modesto Farto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Cordarius in the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Jabones Tocadores's Froilan Bizi got a free kick in the 38th minute. The audience was convinced that Locaio Jerez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francisco Montay was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Feliberto Costante kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Locaio Jerez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Froilan Bizi to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Haroldo Cordarius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Farto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Montay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Locaio Jerez in the 54th minute of play. Modesto Farto was a little too slow when Haroldo Cordarius got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-1. Made in Paraguay's Modesto Farto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Cordarius in the 73rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Jabones Tocadores's zone, Locaio Jerez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Montay came out of the goal and Locaio Jerez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Made in Paraguay made a substitution. Cordeiro Ayllon replaced Locaio Jerez. 81 minutes into the game, Made in Paraguay's Cordeiro Ayllon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francisco Montay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Cordeiro Ayllon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francisco Montay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Jacob Sagasti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacob Sagasti hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Modesto Farto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Igon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
