The supporters of Real Racing Club booed when The Old Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Lauren didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Côme Concha in the 3rd minute of play forced The Old Boys's goalkeeper Vinicio Bidari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 卫青 Wu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Bidari having to interfere. Arnoldo Beti was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 26 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, one of Real Racing Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Real Racing Club. Gao Fei had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Santa Luis's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The excitement rose when The Old Boys's Santa Luis after 29 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Real Racing Club's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Eloy Orlanda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinicio Bidari was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 37 minutes of play, Real Racing Club's Côme Concha made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vinicio Bidari was left in no man's land by his defense there! 42 minutes into the match, Aquilino Lauren notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Real Racing Club's Gao Fei. Gao Fei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Real Racing Club's Kris Palmann got a free kick in the 45th minute.
Vinicio Bidari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Brun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kris Palmanns short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Vinicio Bidari to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vinicio Bidari was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Côme Concha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 56 minute of play. If Côme Concha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Jairo Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Fei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gao Fei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jairo Lizar's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Eliu during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gustavo Eliu hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, The Old Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Côme Concha came free, but Vinicio Bidari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
