An unexpectedly hard shot by Steff Caers in the 4th minute of play forced FC Buzău's goalkeeper Ciprian Ghioane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Candal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Stancu in the 6th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, FC Buzău's Tudor Stancu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aldo Candal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ciprian Ghioane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steff Caers in the 17th minute of the match. With a little luck, Brugge United's Aldo Candal got control of the ball when Ionel Lung tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciprian Ghioane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryan Lanphant in the 23rd minute of play.
