In the 18th minute, Atilano Raymon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Pedro Ermengol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, POSSE 1911 FC's Pedro Ermengol got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Zeledon Madaleno hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Feliberto Gaskon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Ilixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Gilberto Lauaxeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gaskon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match VAMO ARRIBA got a corner. POSSE 1911 FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gilberto Lauaxeta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Severo Belo made a great header on VAMO ARRIBA's corner, it was just that POSSE 1911 FC's Feliberto Gaskon managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 41st minute, Severo Belo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of VAMO ARRIBA booed when POSSE 1911 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Raymon didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, POSSE 1911 FC's Feliberto Gaskon got control of the ball when Armando Seber tried to sneak it across the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After a rather tough play, POSSE 1911 FC's Zeledon Madaleno got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 65th minute, Erasmo Tonete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute Zeledon Madaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Loramendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godfredo Xabel came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roman Loramendi could save by the left post. A collision led to POSSE 1911 FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Pedro Ermengol hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Zeledon Madaleno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Roman Loramendi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 78 played minutes VAMO ARRIBA got a freekick which was hit by Andres Virila. 79 minutes into the match, VAMO ARRIBA's goalkeeper Roman Loramendi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godfredo Xabel. Roman Loramendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Madaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Feliberto Gaskon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Seber went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Seber in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliberto Gaskon saved POSSE 1911 FC from getting behind. The POSSE 1911 FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
