With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elliot Rosendal in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Décio Barbosa saved Microsoft Team from getting behind. Luan Pontes struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Esteban Guerrero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Microsoft Team. Sérgio Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Décio Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Cauã Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Elliot Rosendal came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Elderslie Magpies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elliot Rosendal couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute of the match Duke Trenoweth sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Décio Barbosa skillfully saved the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elliot Rosendal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 95th minute, Hale Mckinnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Elderslie Magpies players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Microsoft Team.
