Poetass FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 9 minutes into the game, Tsubasa Ozora cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cássio de Senna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isidoro Mangas kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Cássio de Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tsubasa Ozora, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute, Tsubasa Ozora left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VILLARREAL UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tsubasa Ozora in the 27th minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Cássio de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes, Berto Torrente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VILLARREAL UNITED and the Poetass FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes VILLARREAL UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Berto Torrente. Cássio de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tsubasa Ozora in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tsubasa Ozora in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cássio de Senna saved Poetass FC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Tsubasa Ozora put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Cássio de Senna. Cássio de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Mangas in the 43rd minute of the match. When VILLARREAL UNITED's Tsubasa Ozora in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Poetass FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tsubasa Ozora in the 46th minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Cássio de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Poetass FC's Zé Augusto Barreto seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Zé Augusto Barreto the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Poetass FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Zé Augusto Barreto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Poetass FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of VILLARREAL UNITED:s goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Claudinho Saldanha made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of VILLARREAL UNITED booed when Poetass FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rony Peixoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Olavo Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. VILLARREAL UNITED made a substitution. Tristan Zapater replaced Isidoro Mangas. In the 67th match minute, Poetass FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olavo Carioca to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Jimenez might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cássio de Senna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ismael Jimenez ran back to his position shaking his head. Cássio de Senna had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Tsubasa Ozora's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cássio de Senna came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by VILLARREAL UNITED's Tsubasa Ozora. But to his dismay, Tsubasa Ozora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Cássio de Senna had great luck who in the 74thth minute grab hold of the ball when Tsubasa Ozora from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Cássio de Senna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tristan Zapater in the 82nd minute. Tsubasa Ozora who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Cássio de Senna when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Rony Peixoto fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poetass FC's protests and gave Rony Peixoto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Rony Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Tsubasa Ozora kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cássio de Senna. That made the score 0-8 in the 90 minute of play. If Tristan Zapater had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cássio de Senna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tsubasa Ozora's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. In the 101st match minute, VILLARREAL UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Jimenez to maneuver through the defense. The Poetass FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching VILLARREAL UNITED's performance. The match ended with a win for VILLARREAL UNITED.
