Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jordão Barbosa kicked off to start the match. Fabio Dimo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Mendez having to interfere. Tico Lizano came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Róbert Szepesvári could save by the left post. 7 minutes into the match, Tico Lizano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Róbert Szepesvári. Club Dep. Union Madereros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tico Lizano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Tico Lizanos short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Róbert Szepesvári to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Jordão Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Jordão Barbosa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Róbert Szepesvári. That made the score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tico Lizano in the 25th minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Róbert Szepesvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Pura Vida Academy's Jordão Barbosa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Silverio Mendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Dimo in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Anzor Tsinamdzghvrishvili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Róbert Szepesvári took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordão Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Tico Lizano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Szepesvári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Róbert Szepesvári showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordão Barbosa in the 40th minute of the match. Róbert Szepesvári showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jordão Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Róbert Szepesvári made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tico Lizano in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Ourente was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Jordão Barbosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pura Vida Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Róbert Szepesvári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anzor Tsinamdzghvrishvili in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordão Barbosa in the 62nd minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Róbert Szepesvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Róbert Szepesvári showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jordão Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Silverio Mendez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pura Vida Academy made a substitution. Aydin Pozharskiy replaced Teddy Skak. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Cornelio Hotz was substituted for Domingo Manny. In the 72nd minute, one of Pura Vida Academy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pura Vida Academy. Silverio Mendez had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Geordi Berthelette's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Róbert Szepesvári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordão Barbosa in the 78th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jordão Barbosa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Róbert Szepesvári was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Jordão Barbosa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Róbert Szepesvári read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The corner led Pura Vida Academy's Eugênio Teles to fire away a dangerous shot which Róbert Szepesvári despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Pura Vida Academy's Jordão Barbosa in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Club Dep. Union Madereros's Silverio Mendez threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ismael Ourente, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 95th minute Jordão Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Szepesvári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute, Jordão Barbosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Róbert Szepesvári was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pura Vida Academy had played much better football throughout.
