Union Madereros got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Laurendi. Aldo Quentin came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Dep. Union Madereros's Ismael Ourente. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Modesto Efraim to make the kick off. Plaza Jewell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Milio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Dep. Union Madereros were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Plaza Jewell for a fine match.
