Corneliu Vulpăşin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Nwakaeme, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Real Trabzon Sk's Demircan Sabir was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Corneliu Vulpăşin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 18 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Murphy came free, but Corneliu Vulpăşin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iacob Surdu charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iacob Surdu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Unicorns ™'s Iacob Surdu got a free kick in the 19th minute. Real Trabzon Sk's Görkem Büyükada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Real Trabzon Sk from getting a goal against them. Unicorns ™'s Rareș Papadima got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Silvinho Macedo came free, but Corneliu Vulpăşin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corneliu Vulpăşin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Nwakaeme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Real Trabzon Sk's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Petrică Ţirpescu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sinan Ateş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Nwakaeme in the 44th minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, Real Trabzon Sk's Sinan Ateş made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Corneliu Vulpăşin was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eddie Murphy was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Unicorns ™'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Demircan Sabir was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Trabzon Sk's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Real Trabzon Sk's corner Demircan Sabir fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Corneliu Vulpăşin quite easily take care of the ball. Corneliu Vulpăşin was a little too slow when Silvinho Macedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. Sinan Ateş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Corneliu Vulpăşin made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anthony Nwakaeme in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Vulpăşin saved Unicorns ™ from getting behind. A collision led to Real Trabzon Sk getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Enis Şahbaz hit a great ball. Corneliu Vulpăşin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvinho Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eddie Murphy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Calistrat Mihalcea during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anthony Nwakaeme succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 90th playminute. Iustinian Petre kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Eddie Murphy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Corneliu Vulpăşin made a huge save. Real Trabzon Sk's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
