Garanhão do SUL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Laziali the free kick. Cássio Portugal hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Garanhão do SUL's Damian Prokowski got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute Doncho Tzvetkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Maciel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Vaklin Zhablyanov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Joel Maciel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 12 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by Tarcísio Palha. In the 16th minute Vaklin Zhablyanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Maciel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naum Mentov in the 17th minute of play. Joel Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naum Mentov in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Garanhão do SUL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Doncho Tzvetkov was slow to take the kick. During this time Laziali's players had a chance to rest. Elias Garikoitz charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Garikoitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some careless play in the Garanhão do SUL defense, Naum Mentov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Maciel. The Garanhão do SUL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Maciel should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute Alexandre Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikola Drinov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Laziali's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tarcísio Palha was slow to take the kick. During this time Garanhão do SUL's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Tarcísio Palha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Laziali's Nikola Drinov did a great save. Cássio Portugal got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Joel Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doncho Tzvetkov in the 45th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Dráuzio Recife hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nikola Drinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Vale in the 55th minute of play. When Garanhão do SUL's Damian Prokowski in 56 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Nikola Drinov guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Damian Prokowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laziali's Nikola Drinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Prokowski in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute, Vaklin Zhablyanov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Maciel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 79 minutes into the match, Doncho Tzvetkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Maciel. Garanhão do SUL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doncho Tzvetkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 82nd minute, Emanuil Neychev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laziali fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 86th minute of the match, Naum Mentov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joel Maciel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Joel Maciel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doncho Tzvetkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laziali's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
