With a little luck, FC Dundee's Peeter Bonetti got control of the ball when Renan da Fonseca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Renan da Fonseca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Peeter Bonetti made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Peeter Bonetti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luís Gustavo Siqueira didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 13th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Luís Gustavo Siqueira ran dejectedly back to his position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ye Xiang in the 14th minute of play forced FC Dundee's goalkeeper Peeter Bonetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's goal looked a bit too open when Pogi Hanson came free, but Harry Kane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peeter Bonetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan da Fonseca in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers He Qiang Sang in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peeter Bonetti saved FC Dundee from getting behind. After 39 minutes of play, FC Dundee's Hristo Botev made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harry Kane was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peeter Bonetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ye Xiang in the 42nd minute of the match. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Harry Kane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hristo Botev in the 45th minute of play. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hristo Botev was the one to do the kick off. Ye Xiang took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peeter Bonetti. Peeter Bonetti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Peeter Bonetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan da Fonseca in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Ye Xiang notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC Dundee's Peeter Bonetti. Peeter Bonetti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hristo Botev's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Harry Kane skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 66 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Jhon Arias. Peeter Bonetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ye Xiang, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. FC Dundee's Peeter Bonetti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan da Fonseca in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jhon Arias in the 71st minute of play forced FC Dundee's goalkeeper Peeter Bonetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Dundee's Peeter Bonetti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ye Xiang in the 77th minute of play. Markus Lausmäe kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Markus Lausmäe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peeter Bonetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan da Fonseca in the 87th minute of play. Allan Loss hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. FC Dundee's Peeter Bonetti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan da Fonseca in the 90th minute of play. Peeter Bonetti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renan da Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Renan da Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peeter Bonetti. FC Dundee's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renan da Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1.
