Peeter Bonetti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Karlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stig Byström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hristo Botev in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maria Lunden in the 16th minute of play forced FC Dundee's goalkeeper Peeter Bonetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maria Lunden in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peeter Bonetti saved FC Dundee from getting behind. Peeter Bonetti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maria Lunden went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Olov Pilgren charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olov Pilgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to LA VIOLA getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Olov Pilgren hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Hristo Botev came free, but Stig Byström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Karlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 35th match minute, LA VIOLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Karlberg to maneuver through the defense. Peeter Bonetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Oskar Ståhlman in the 43rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maria Lunden got free with Peeter Bonetti in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olov Pilgren made a kick off. Rutger Westerberg hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Alex Mägi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 57 in the game by Hristo Botev from a close distance when the talented Stig Byström managed to make a qualified save. LA VIOLA's players were relieved. Stig Byström made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Hristo Botev sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of FC Dundee booed when LA VIOLA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rutger Westerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Adam Karlberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peeter Bonetti was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 66th minute LA VIOLA were awarded a corner. Aron Bank went to the cornerflag to take it. The FC Dundee fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when FC Dundee's Hristo Botev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The LA VIOLA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. LA VIOLA had played much better football throughout.
