The International Thunders fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when International Thunders's Patric Rudersdorfer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 14 minutes into the game, one of Marzagão:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave International Thunders a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Steffen Steinki, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Marzagão's Pedro Luís Fernandez. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Eckstein during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Benjamin Eckstein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Patric Rudersdorfer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez. Marzagão's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patric Rudersdorfer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 39th minute Patric Rudersdorfer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luís Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Eckstein in the 42nd minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Pedro Luís Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Benjamin Eckstein came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the International Thunders fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Eckstein couldn't finish the play. The Marzagão players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. International Thunders were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when César Rosa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benjamin Eckstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luís Fernandez having to interfere. Patric Rudersdorfer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Patric Rudersdorfer put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez. 61 minutes into the match, Benjamin Eckstein dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Luís Fernandez, 0-6. With his leg Pedro Luís Fernandez managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when International Thunders's Patric Rudersdorfer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 67 minutes of play, International Thunders's Benjamin Eckstein made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Luís Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedro Luís Fernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin Eckstein's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute, Patric Rudersdorfer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Luís Fernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. 75 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goalkeeper Pedro Luís Fernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patric Rudersdorfer. Pedro Luís Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Eckstein in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, César Rosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marzagão's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave International Thunders the free kick. After 78 played minutes Marzagão got a freekick which was hit by César Rosa. After having played for 84 minutes, Gerrit Dohr managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. International Thunders's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerrit Dohr was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Luís Fernandez didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when International Thunders's Patric Rudersdorfer shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-10 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 92nd minute, Patric Rudersdorfer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benjamin Eckstein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Pedro Luís Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as International Thunders's Benjamin Eckstein slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Luís Fernandez. That made the score 0-11 after 95 minutes of play. When the final whistle sounded International Thunders left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Marzagão.
