BVB 09's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jacuitiba - FSCMZ the free kick. Reinaldo Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filip Mirciulescu having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Renan Quirino took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Filip Mirciulescu to make any attempt to save it. 16 minutes into the match, BVB 09's Marian Morovan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmílson Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Reinaldo Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florin Tărău to make the kick off. Gilberto Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vic Cos got free with Edmílson Santos in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ had played much better football throughout.
