When Eloy Raymundo came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Monte Hermoso Beach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Raymundo couldn't finish the play. 4 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goalkeeper Fidel Lorien had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Otto Brask. 12 minutes into the match, AC United's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Raymundo came free, but Gustaf Rudberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaf Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Cambranes in the 19th minute of the match. If Albano Cambranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Angel Lalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eskil Danielsson during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Monte Hermoso Beach booed when AC United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskil Danielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustaf Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Cambranes in the 25th minute of the match. After 32 minutes, Albano Cambranes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. AC United's Gustaf Rudberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Albano Cambranes put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Gustaf Rudberg. After 39 played minutes AC United got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Ekman. Gustaf Rudberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albano Cambranes's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Fredrik Gustafsson hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute of the match, Otto Brask got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fidel Lorien was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Fritz Mattsson charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fritz Mattsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes AC United got a freekick which was hit by Fritz Mattsson. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Otto Brask to make the kick off. Algot Månsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fidel Lorien having to make a save. Fidel Lorien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otto Brask, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Algot Månsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goal looked a bit too open when Fritz Mattsson came free, but Fidel Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 minutes of play AC United's Eskil Danielsson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Monte Hermoso Beach booed when AC United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskil Danielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Eloy Raymundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monte Hermoso Beach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eloy Raymundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Albano Cambranes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, AC United's Gustaf Rudberg got control of the ball when Albano Cambranes tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Mattsson in the 76th minute of play forced Monte Hermoso Beach's goalkeeper Fidel Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 minutes of play, Monte Hermoso Beach's Albano Cambranes made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaf Rudberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute Eloy Raymundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Rudberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The nice shot from Albano Cambranes in the 84thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Gustaf Rudberg had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Gösta Ekman kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Fidel Lorien didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fritz Mattsson went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Angel Lalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Rudberg having to interfere. Monte Hermoso Beach played a much better game than AC United and deserved their victory. The AC United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
