Olov Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Derwin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. The audience was convinced that Oliver Albohm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erasmo Ixona was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Derwin got free with Olov Lindgren in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ignacio Derwin hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Alexander Mattsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olov Lindgren was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Ignacio Derwin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ignacio Derwin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 33 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Albohm came free, but Erasmo Ixona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacio Derwin struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Olov Lindgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marlin FC. After 41 played minutes BK Ugglan got a freekick which was hit by Svante Borre. Alexander Mattsson's late challenge caught a Marlin FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexander Mattsson helped the player get up and apologised. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ignacio Derwin to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Ignacio Derwin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, BK Ugglan's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Jon came free, but Olov Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Marlin FC's Timoteo Evis got a free kick in the 63rd minute. A collision led to Marlin FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ignacio Derwin hit a great ball. Erasmo Ixona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvin Stålman in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of BK Ugglan booed when Marlin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Darien didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Marlin FC's Ignacio Derwin got a free kick in the 79th minute. Dag Damm took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erasmo Ixona. Marlin FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Oliver Albohm hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, BK Ugglan's Dag Damm got a free kick in the 88th minute. After 89 played minutes, Marlin FC's Arnaldo Darien shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olov Lindgren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marlin FC reached it. In the 90th minute, Oliver Albohm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 played minutes BK Ugglan got a freekick which was hit by Dag Damm. In the 94th minute, Arnaldo Darien got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The BK Ugglan players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Marlin FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
