Ottó Gyarmati started the match with the kick off. Róbert Vajda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, JK Shefid's goalkeeper Erik Väärtnõu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ottó Gyarmati. After 18 played minutes Gyál United got a freekick which was hit by Róbert Tamás. After 18 played minutes, JK Shefid's Härmo Roovik shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper István Földes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in JK Shefid reached it. István Földes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kiur Veetamm in the 22nd minute of play. István Földes came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by JK Shefid's Kiur Veetamm. But to his dismay, Kiur Veetamm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When JK Shefid's Georg Olt in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gyál United's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ottó Gyarmati in the 34th minute of play forced JK Shefid's goalkeeper Erik Väärtnõu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ottó Gyarmati who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Erik Väärtnõu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Imre Matolcsy in the 41st minute of play forced JK Shefid's goalkeeper Erik Väärtnõu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Väärtnõu was a little too slow when Róbert Vajda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kiur Veetamm to strike the kick off in the second half. Georg Olt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but István Földes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Róbert Vajda took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erik Väärtnõu. Erik Väärtnõu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. JK Shefid's Erik Väärtnõu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ottó Gyarmati in the 62nd minute of play. After 67 minutes, Georg Olt made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Gyál United's István Földes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 71 minutes into the match, JK Shefid's goal looked a bit too open when Ottó Gyarmati came free, but Erik Väärtnõu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Väärtnõu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ottó Gyarmati, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Erik Väärtnõu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ottó Gyarmati in the 80th minute of the match. Erik Väärtnõu came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gyál United's Ottó Gyarmati. But to his dismay, Ottó Gyarmati quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Erik Väärtnõu came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Gyál United's Ottó Gyarmati. But to his dismay, Ottó Gyarmati quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. There was no doubt that Gyál United were the better team. Gyál United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
