Ian Fenomeni's Antonio Simone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türker Sonalp in the 4th minute of play. After 8 played minutes A.S. Ian Fenomeni got a freekick which was hit by Dave Galante. The supporters of A.S. Ian Fenomeni booed when Vila Ema Ravens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Domenec didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narciso Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match Bebeto Queirós climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised João Vítor Velloso. After a rather tough play, Vila Ema Ravens's Narciso Magalhães got a free kick in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the game, André Balada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vila Ema Ravens's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.S. Ian Fenomeni the free kick. After 27 played minutes Vila Ema Ravens got a freekick which was hit by André Balada. Türker Sonalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Antonio Simone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to A.S. Ian Fenomeni getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Cristoforo Melfi hit a great ball. Bebeto Queirós could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but João Vítor Velloso made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bebeto Queirós in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Vítor Velloso saved Vila Ema Ravens from getting behind. It was a well-played corner which Amos Colucci managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Antonio Simone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Türker Sonalp in the 42nd minute of the match. João Vítor Velloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bebeto Queirós in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Türker Sonalp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. André Balada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute Luís Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Simone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Simone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Türker Sonalp in the 96th minute of play.
