An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Gol in the 3rd minute of play forced Vidlákov SK's goalkeeper Yao Yang Peng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Vidlákov SK booed when Tribos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Vidlákov SK's Mor Vidlák tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Nicholas Goldsmith had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yao Yang Peng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yao Yang Peng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Faria in the 11th minute. In the 15th minute of the match, Gustavo Gol tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yao Yang Peng saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tribos's Gustavo Gol got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Vidlákov SK's Mor Vidlák sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edvin van der Saar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Tribos getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Cristiano Faria hit a great ball. Yao Yang Peng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Gol's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Vidlákov SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Gustavo Gol scored to the left of an out of position Yao Yang Peng, making the score, 1-0. Gustavo Gol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yao Yang Peng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Gol got free with Yao Yang Peng in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute Tribos were awarded a corner. Pedrinho Figueiredo went to the cornerflag to take it. Gustavo Gol might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yao Yang Peng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustavo Gol ran back to his position shaking his head. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mor Vidlák stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Tribos were awarded a corner. Pedrinho Figueiredo went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 56th minute, Cesare Ucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute, Raí Linares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vidlákov SK's Yao Yang Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Gol in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Tribos's Cristiano Faria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yao Yang Peng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Tribos made a substitution. Zé Paulo da Fonseca replaced Marcel Urbano. Yao Yang Peng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo Gol went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Yao Yang Peng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Faria in the 78th minute of the match. Yao Yang Peng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Faria in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of Tribos booed when Vidlákov SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raí Linares didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Vidlákov SK defense, Gustavo Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yao Yang Peng. The Vidlákov SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yao Yang Peng should have stopped the shot. František Třešňák recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Tribos were the better team. Tribos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
