FC Pegasas Siauliai's Audrius Dūdėnas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save FC Pegasas Siauliai from getting a goal against them. Erasmo Ado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petras Tamašauskas's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Petras Tamašauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Narciso Ignatius's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Audrius Dūdėnas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to FC Pegasas Siauliai getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Valentas Daunoras hit a great ball. Audrius Dūdėnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Chaime in the 33rd minute of play. The Bresikas fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Bresikas's Serafin Fernandes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Deividas Pavilionis fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Pegasas Siauliai's protests and gave Deividas Pavilionis a yellow card for diving instead. Audrius Dūdėnas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Chaime went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Gintautas Jameikis made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Mario Chaime had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Audrius Dūdėnas. FC Pegasas Siauliai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Chaime was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Audrius Dūdėnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Chaime in the 57th minute of the match. Gintautas Jameikis struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Erasmo Ado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Pegasas Siauliai. Serafin Fernandes took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Audrius Dūdėnas. Audrius Dūdėnas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 73rd minute Serafin Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Audrius Dūdėnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Gintautas Jameikis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erasmo Ado. Gintautas Jameikis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-1. Audrius Dūdėnas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafin Fernandes went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Audrius Dūdėnas came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Bresikas's Mario Chaime. But to his dismay, Mario Chaime quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Serafin Fernandes charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafin Fernandes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Pegasas Siauliai booed when Bresikas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Valentas Daunoras fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. FC Pegasas Siauliai's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
