David Groth charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Liknes made a kick off. Timmernabben FF's Lou Moses played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Liknes in the 72nd minute of play. Karsten Hveding showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Majman, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When Roar Walberg fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Daustad's protests and gave Roar Walberg a yellow card for diving instead. After 74 played minutes Daustad got a freekick which was hit by Roar Walberg. Sebastian Kvernmo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The supporters of Timmernabben FF booed when Daustad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Dyrnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, Timmernabben FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Edström to maneuver through the defense.
