KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tobiasz Ciupierdo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Sebastian Matei took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jedrzej Kieca. After a defensive mix-up in Club Sportiv Medgidia's zone, Janusz Zukowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicu Arghirescu came out of the goal and Janusz Zukowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dominik Skikiewicz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 69th playminute. In the 72ndth minute of the game Augustin Horea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KKS Lech Poznań's Jedrzej Kieca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Romeo Ungur might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jedrzej Kieca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stelian Hulubei hit a great ball. Dominik Skikiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicu Arghirescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dominik Skikiewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Sportiv Medgidia fans cheered their team off the field, for while KKS Lech Poznań had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
