The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Teles in the 7th minute of play forced Real Chelsea's goalkeeper Gijs Schaap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toni Ramos's late challenge caught a Real Chelsea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toni Ramos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute, Toni Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Howard Woodhall hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Tião Amaral charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tião Amaral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Real Chelsea's Huey Newton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hamílton Rezende. Hamílton Rezende yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 22nd minute of the match, Howard Woodhall tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hamílton Rezende saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rick Hochinskiy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Hamílton Rezende made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Huey Newton in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hamílton Rezende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 30 minutes, Grant Ainsworth made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. October 04's Hamílton Rezende tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute Rick Hochinskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in October 04's zone, Conan Wiseman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamílton Rezende came out of the goal and Conan Wiseman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, October 04's goalkeeper Hamílton Rezende had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Huey Newton. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grant Ainsworth in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamílton Rezende saved October 04 from getting behind. When Howard Woodhall fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Chelsea's protests and gave Howard Woodhall a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Real Chelsea's Howard Woodhall got a free kick in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Huey Newton dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hamílton Rezende, 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wesley Teles to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Toni Ramos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gijs Schaap was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Hochinskiy in the 57th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Hamílton Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58thth minute of the game Huey Newton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but October 04's Hamílton Rezende was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hamílton Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huey Newton in the 63rd minute of play. Real Chelsea's Gijs Schaap proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Real Chelsea from getting a goal against them. In the 65th minute of the match October 04 got a corner. Real Chelsea's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toni Ramos ran over to the corner to take the kick. After having played for 67 minutes, Rick Hochinskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Chelsea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rick Hochinskiy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tião Amaral was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 68 minutes had been played. Tião Amaral hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Howard Woodhall got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 70th minute, Howard Woodhall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Real Chelsea's goalkeeper Gijs Schaap had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wesley Teles. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Conan Wiseman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Chelsea's supporters rose to their feet, but Conan Wiseman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamílton Rezende breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Real Chelsea's Grant Ainsworth in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye October 04's goalie prevented a goal. In the 80th minute, Conan Wiseman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hamílton Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conan Wiseman, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conan Wiseman in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hamílton Rezende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rick Hochinskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamílton Rezende having to interfere. When Conan Wiseman came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Real Chelsea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conan Wiseman couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Real Chelsea players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
