Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dagoberto Loyola started the match with the kick off. Wincent Jaworski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Paulo Paes, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toni Ramos got free with Wincent Jaworski in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Silas Brasil fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored October 04's protests and gave Silas Brasil a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes October 04 got a freekick which was hit by Silas Brasil. Renan Barbosa scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Davi Couto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 minutes of play, Montevideo's Dagoberto Loyola made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Davi Couto was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th match minute, October 04 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Paulo Paes to maneuver through the defense. After 26 minutes, Fabinho Falcão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the October 04 and the Montevideo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Toni Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Wincent Jaworski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to October 04 getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Toni Ramos hit a great ball. October 04's Davi Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dagoberto Loyola in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Clóvis Paraense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dagoberto Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Davi Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by Rafinha Zanette. The October 04 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Montevideo were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wesley Teles to make the kick off. Montevideo's Wincent Jaworski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Ramos in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Montevideo's Renan Barbosa got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Almir de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davi Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Almir de Sena in the 68th minute of play. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Dagoberto Loyola sped through October 04's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Davi Couto. Wincent Jaworski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laerte Paraíba hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When Dagoberto Loyola came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Montevideo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dagoberto Loyola couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafinha Zanette during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 82 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by Rafinha Zanette. In the 82nd minute of the match Toni Ramos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wincent Jaworski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Almir de Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Couto having to interfere. Natanael Fernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Davi Couto made a huge save. October 04's Davi Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Barbosa in the 95th minute of play. When the match was over Montevideo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than October 04 throughout the match.
