Valdieri's Emiliano Cara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Jakobsson in the 2nd minute of play. 3 minutes into the match, Alf Brolin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiliano Cara. Valdieri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alf Brolin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Valdieri booed when Slipmaskinerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hjalmar Odman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Slipmaskinerna's Wilhelm Jakobsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emiliano Cara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, Wilhelm Jakobsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiliano Cara. Valdieri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilhelm Jakobsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The Slipmaskinerna fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Slipmaskinerna's Wilhelm Jakobsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Emiliano Cara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilhelm Jakobsson's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. A nice corner shot did that Hjalmar Odman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emiliano Cara quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jerry Helander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdieri's Emiliano Cara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Jakobsson in the 24th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Wilhelm Jakobsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Cara was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Emiliano Cara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Brolin in the 46th minute of the match. Emiliano Cara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilhelm Jakobsson went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. After the first half Slipmaskinerna were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilhelm Jakobsson was the one to do the kick off. Elia Cicchini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emiliano Cara made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Jerry Helander sent off a good shot on target. Wilhelm Jakobsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Cara having to interfere. Jerry Helander scored 0-8 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Cara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emiliano Cara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilhelm Jakobsson in the 64th minute. Jerry Helander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Emiliano Cara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 69 in the game by Jerry Helander from a close distance when the talented Emiliano Cara managed to make a qualified save. Valdieri's players were relieved. Wilhelm Jakobsson's late challenge caught a Valdieri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilhelm Jakobsson helped the player get up and apologised. Wilhelm Jakobsson hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Robert Stenkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Sarnelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jerry Helander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Cara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilhelm Jakobsson in the 77th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Valdieri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulvio Bozzelli to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Wilhelm Jakobsson notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Valdieri's Emiliano Cara. Emiliano Cara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 83rd match minute, Valdieri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulvio Bozzelli to maneuver through the defense. Wilhelm Jakobsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Emiliano Cara when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Wilhelm Jakobsson took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Emiliano Cara to make any attempt to save it. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Emiliano Cara successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Comunardo Amatori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Valdieri's Emiliano Cara got control of the ball when Wilhelm Jakobsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emiliano Cara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilhelm Jakobsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Slipmaskinerna left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Valdieri.
