In the 14thth minute of the game Diego Tristan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's José Pedro Donatello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15th minute Batalionul U23 Dorobanti were awarded a corner. Quique Doro went to the cornerflag to take it. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's José Pedro Donatello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE from getting a goal against them. José Pedro Donatello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Tristan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Ernie Ball hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ernie Ball fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's protests and gave Ernie Ball a yellow card for diving instead. Ernie Ball hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute Ernie Ball shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Tristan came free, but José Pedro Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Pedro Donatello should have stopped the shot.
