In the 5th minute, Stef Pragt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Goito in the 6th minute of play. Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Jurdan in the 10th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Andriessen during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Martin Andriessen hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Seagulls's Ralf Talsma got a free kick in the 15th minute. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Paulo Jurdan sent off a good shot on target. Seagulls's Martin Andriessen got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Jurdan got free with Jan-Joost Smeekes in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rdth minute of the game Paulo Jurdan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jan-Joost Smeekes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Goito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 35 played minutes Seagulls got a freekick which was hit by Jan Harmens. Seagulls's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Jonatan Iraido scored to the left of an out of position Jan-Joost Smeekes, making the score, 3-0. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Paulo Jurdan sent off a good shot on target. Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Seagulls from getting a goal against them. 45 minutes into the match, Erubiel Herauso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Joost Smeekes. Seagulls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erubiel Herauso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santos Goito to make the kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 52 minutes into the game, when Harm Meinders put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Seagulls:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chuscha FC - Ψ -:s goal. In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for Chuscha FC - Ψ -. Santos Goito stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jan-Joost Smeekes. 5-0. Jan-Joost Smeekes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Iraido, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Jan-Joost Smeekes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Goito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Jurdan in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to Seagulls getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Martin Andriessen hit a great ball. If Santos Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jan-Joost Smeekes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Jurdan in the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Iraido came free, but Jan-Joost Smeekes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Paulo Jurdan notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes. Jan-Joost Smeekes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th minute, Santos Goito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Joost Smeekes was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Jurdan in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Elazar came free, but Jan-Joost Smeekes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Paulo Jurdan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Joost Smeekes. Seagulls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Jurdan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. After 97 played minutes Chuscha FC - Ψ - got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Gutierrez. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chuscha FC - Ψ - had played much better football throughout.
